How Do I Factor the Costs?
Exactly how much will an above ground swimming pool cost you? The answer to this question will depend on a few different factors including model, warranty, size, height, shape, features, accessories, ground preparation needed and location of your pool.
Above ground swimming pools range from economical models to more luxurious styles. Many people make the choice of purchasing an above ground pool base on the convenience and affordability that they offer.
There are two pricing components in purchasing an above ground pool: the pool kit itself and the actual pool installation. We offer steel, hybrid and resin models from the top two selling companies: both of which have been in business for over 40 years.
POOL KIT PRICING
The first cost to consider in choosing your perfect pool will be the actual price of the pool kit. Our Deluxe above ground packages cost between $2,500 and $8,500, depending on the size, shape, and quality of the pool. We offer options that fit everyone’s budget. Typically, the more resin and less metal the pool has, the higher the price will be and the higher the quality of construction.
Instead of only providing the bare minimum as many companies do, our custom pool packages include everything that you MUST have as well as lots of EXTRAS and UPGRADES. Our pool packages include items to make your liner last longer, pool care easier and pool ownership even more enjoyable. However, if you’re under a tighter budget or don’t want or need everything extra, we will customize the perfect package for you. As always, we are happy to provide financing with approved credit. INSTALLATION PRICING
The installation costs of an above ground pool will total from $1,000-$3,000, depending on the size, shape, and location of the pool you choose. Keep in mind that oval pools normally cost more to install than round pools, and the kits are also a bit more expensive. Your location will also factor into the cost because of the labor and cost involved with the ground preparation.
DO NOT skimp on this step! Having a sturdy level base is extremely important to having your pool installed correctly. If you have a harder surface with more rocks to dig through or if your ground has a slope to it and requires more leveling, the longer the preparation will take and the more expense you will incur. Installation is available through Backyard Oasis. We’ve been using our recommended installer for 15 years.
