Thanks for such a great job on coordinating all work that goes into building the deck and installation of our hot tub. The crew that built the deck was on time, courteous, and very professional. They did an excellent job and came up with ideas and suggestions to improve the looks of the deck. My hat is off to them; I would highly recommend them to anyone. The installation crew that was responsible for installing and setting up the spa was very knowledgeable and very thorough in their explanation of operating the spa. They spent a lot of time with my husband and I explaining the jet operation, how to use the chemicals, and just overall maintenance. They also stressed that we should call anytime if we had any questions or problems.

The sales group kept us informed as to who would be showing up and when, and followed up with a phone call to make sure it happened. The follow up after all work was completed was exceptional.

I can assure you that this kind of service is a real treat as you don’t find it often in the big cities.
